A graduate of Dublin Business School, Hussein spent his early career in Ireland working, at the forefront of advertising tech and digital marketing before joining Qatar Airways as a Marketing Manager in 2004.

Hussein has headed the marketing & communications functions for corporate companies and has founded a number of successful businesses in Doha in advertising, film production and talent services before joining Katara Studios (pre-launch) in 2018 as founding CEO. He is currently Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Producer

Souha, a seasoned media professional with over 15 years of experience, is a content and marketing expert in MENA region who works with content spanning Arabic, English, and Indian languages. Born and raised in the UAE, her deep multicultural insight enriches her role in shaping content experiences. 

At Zee, Souha leads content acquisition for Zee Alwan and plays a crucial role in the Arabic co-production unit, focusing on the creation of compelling Arabic drama series and movies. She additionally heads the marketing for Zee Arabic channels and ATL Media, the commercial arm of Zee Entertainment, where she leverages her content and marketing skills to provide creative solutions to advertisers. 

Prior to Zee, Souha contributed significantly to the launch and relaunch of Fox channels in Middle East, showcasing her prowess in strategic marketing. Her rich experience positions her as a dynamic professional in the ever-evolving media landscape. 

Ayham Al Zyoud is a seasoned TV production executive with a vast 20-years’ experience in TV content creation and production for the
Middle East region. In particular, he is an expert in non-scripted and scripted content development for the region, building deep and
unique understanding of the local audience’s needs. He created and produced numerous original local content shows and TV series
for the major broadcasters in the region, including MBC Group, Rotana Group, Egypt TV, Netflix and many others.
He is one of the founders of Charisma Group, the leading TV production company in the Middle East, with headquarters in Dubai.
