Victoria has spent the past 10 years in Asia working on numerous co-production projects with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Japan, the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union and the National Film Development Corporation of Malaysia (FINAS). Previously, she worked for BBC Studios for 10 years in a number of key European roles including a stint in the Paris office where she ran the factual co-production business in France. She currently represents K7 Media in Singapore and also has a portfolio of US and Europe based clients.

After completing her studies in German, French and Economics at Treves University in 2010, Yuliya Fischer began her professional career as a Production Assistant and Trainee at Broadview TV in Cologne, Germany. In 2012, she started working for ZDF Studios and held various positions in general distribution and the department of children’s and junior programs with responsibility for program sales to Spain, Benelux, French-speaking territories, and Latin America.
In 2013, Yuliya took on the position of sales executive in in ZDF Studios‘drama department. Parallel to her work, she studied at the University of London International Programmes and graduated with a diploma in management in 2018. The same year, Yuliya Fischer was promoted to Director Drama and has since been in charge of acquisition and sales in Asia, Middle East and Africa.

Kelly’s responsibilities are finished programme and format sales to Africa, Middle East, Israel and Turkey.
Kelly joined All3Media International at the end of 2011 as a Sales Executive in the territories of Benelux, South East Asia, Indian Sub-Continent, Africa, Middle East, Israel, Turkey, Greece, Cyprus and Inflight.
Kelly joined iD Distribution which later became DRG (Digital Rights Group) in August 2007 and worked at the company until December 2011 handling finished programme and format sales to territories including Asia, Africa, Israel and Inflight.
Kelly graduated from Kingston University with a BA (Hons) in Media and Cultural Studies. She went to work in the charity sector for CPRE (Campaign To Protect Rural England) which included hosting a Parliamentary breakfast in the Houses of Parliament. Kelly is also a fluent Cantonese speaker.
